Maria D’Souza

As a Catholic having received a Catholic School education, I find it immensely gratifying to work at Holy Rosary School. My faith has enabled me to go beyond being an accomplished educator to seeing my profession as a Vocation.

Working with children has always been my passion. It is one area of my life which I am committed and perform with great intensity. Love, Perseverance and Patience have been my guiding principles in establishing effective classroom learning. My multi cultural and ethnic flair, help me to positively interact with diverse population of students at various developmental levels. Maria Montessori’s quote, ”I must diminish to let you grow,” motivates me to create a happy, caring and stimulating environment that is Fun where each child expresses and discovers themselves, whilst learning at their pace. I strive to ensure that every child feels respected and has a unique place in class.
